Are you a highly experienced Project Manager / Project Director with a proven track record in overseeing large contracts within Process Engineering or Production?

Do you have a Technical / design background and would confidential be able to manage the creation of Clean rooms & Laboratory areas?

Would you describe yourself as a self-motivated PM, who can roll up your sleeves one minute and the next be able to present at board level?

**Package: **
- Salary £70,000 - £80,000
- Expenses covered
- Working hours Monday - Friday 08:30 - 5:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control costs to deliver expected profit margins, commercial opportunities, and savings where appropriate.
- Updating back to internal teams & directors
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with the client and other stakeholders.
- Produce and work to an agreed programme of works in line with the client’s needs and manage our own resource requirements accordingly.
- Manage the project team and take overall responsibility for the project performance.
- Prepare Environmental, Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and the like and ensure they are signed, understood, and adhered to.
- Commercial management of projects preparing: Applications, Variations, Delay notices, Final Accounts, and Invoices etc in a timely manner.
- Produce drawings, sketches, schedules, and requisitions etc should the need arise.
- Visit sites (lodging overnight where necessary) to attend meetings, carry out surveys, site measures, inspections, audits etc and to provide support to the installation and commissioning teams.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and estimating/pricing exercises.
- Overseeing planning permission if required.

**Experience Required**:

- Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering/Process Engineering
Current Driving Licence.
Good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management.
An understanding of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
- Ability to read Technical drawings.
Good administrative and IT skills including Microsoft Office programmes.
