Project Manager

Towcester

We're working with an expanding national construction and building services company specialising in maintenance, repairs, and fit outs. Due to growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their operations team.

You will provide support and assistance to the Contracts Manager in the delivery of multiple projects across the Midlands, liaising with clients, visiting sites to survey potential projects, organising site operatives and labour, overseeing project programmes,health and safety and quality control.

This is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work within a busy environment. A flexible approach is key, as well as being assertive and using initiative.

As project Manager, your duties will include:

- Managing both small works and projects up to £500k
- Generating daily / weekly project updates
- Manage trades and subcontractors
- Client liaison
- Track and monitor client variations
- Program construction works
- Able to review drawings of all disciplines
- Survey small work and raise quotes
- Take responsibility for H&S on site - review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks etc

What are we looking for?
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of construction/trades ad labour
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- IT literate
- CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Certificates advantageous
- Full UK driving licence

The hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Salary - up to £35,000 plus Bonus Scheme
