**HR and Systems Administrator**

Top opportunity for a HR systems specialist to join a world renewed client at the historic racetrack in Silverstone.

You will benefit from flexible home working on a 2/3 office/home split and act as the project specialist for a new HR system implementation.

**Role/Responsibilities**

Work with the HR team to identify and implement service and process improvements

Experience managing projects from concept to delivery

Systems experience with a good understanding of HR Systems and administration/management of these

Able to demonstrate solid understanding of systems strategy and how HR Systems work.

Experience of implementing change and process improvement.

Work with the systems providers and internal stakeholders to further develop and enhance system functionality.
