The Centre for Climate Repair (CCR), based in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP), is a multi-disciplinary hub that brings together various departments with the goal to repair the climate through the 3Rs - Reduction of carbon emissions, Removal of greenhouse gases and Refreezing the Arctic. We support PhD studentships and internships in several University departments and are overseen by a University Board as well as an External Research Advisory Board in respect to our research and field trials. Although the Centre is based in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, the Centre for Climate Repair also has strong ties with the Department of Engineering, based in Trumpington Street, therefore some travel to this site will be required.
