We are part of Publicis Groupe. As Planning Manager, you have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. For this role you’ll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, respondingto campaign briefs and client requests across Samsung’s Mobile vertical. Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specificresponsibilities are: - Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients - Support the PD through excellent day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery - Ensure you and Execs deliver operational excellence - Look for proactive media opportunities to share with the client 1. Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically: - Manage 1+ Execs - Deliver and set example to Execs of positive culture and brilliant client service - Work with Investment and Performance teams to deliver seamless and timely responses - Be proactive in day-to-day client management - Understand client's business and identify and share category news 2. Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically: - Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities - Support PD to deliver new growth opportunities - Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management - Build Starcom's reputation, positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies **Qualifications** - Manage the day to day across Samsung Global Mobile Digital & Social Activations - Identify and manage successful global partnerships from partner selection to activation - Negotiate with media partners to close competitive deals - Direct communication with global and local brand teams for partnership needs - Assist development of communication materials for Clients and local teams - Consistently looking for and presenting new media opportunities to ensure Samsung is at the forefront of never-been-done before activations - Motivated to take initiatives in a constantly evolving media environment - Work with Strategy teams to understand critical strategic imperatives - Recommends targeted, innovative digital media vehicles consistent with media strategies - Analyze digital media performance to ensure original objectives and strategies meet client business objectives In return, you will have the opportunity to learn - An understanding how advertising campaigns come to life from a global lens to a local market campaign - How to collaborate with a team to produce award-nominated and award-winning work - Strategic Thinking that will enable you think outside of the day to day and connect to the bigger picture - The latest in digital media trends and innovation **Additional Information
