Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
**About the client:
Honor** (stylized and marketed as HONOR)
A smartphone brand majority owned by a state-owned enterprise controlled by the municipal government of Shenzhen. It was formerly owned by Huawei Technologies. As part of the former owner Huawei Consumer Business Group's dual-brand strategy, Honor providessmartphone handsets targeting young consumers but has released tablet computers and wearable technology as well. Honor sells its products mainly online through its own sites as well as via third-party online retailers. Some Honor products are available topurchase at stores in select markets.
On 21 January 2021, Honor launched their first non-Huawei phone, the V40, after the notable blow to the production of Honor devices through the forced removal of Google's Android mobile operating system and lack of support from Huawei's R&D division.
With its recent expansion plans, we have been appointed to work with HONOR to develop their annual media strategies and campaign launch strategies for new lines of smart phones. Zenith Media will be working purely on the strategic framework for the brand.Media buying will be managed by Wavemaker globally.
As Account Manager, you will split your time 50:50 across our new and exciting HONOR and Scholl Wellness Company (SWC) clients. Both client roles will see you reporting into the Global Business Director. Our Global Media Lead and Strategy Lead will provideyou with training and guidance and you will actively assist in the day-to-day running of both global Client Service teams.
This role sits in the Worldwide team at Zenith Media, based in London, and will require you to collaborate closely with local Zenith Offices with a view to prepare and deliver the following:
**HONOR**
- Ability to research development trends of competitors, consumers, markets, industries, media among HONOR 's global regional markets
- Explore and suggest new media, new technique or new territory as relevant to the client brand
- Confidence to put forward suggestions on the marketing direction of the future market, seeking the breakthrough innovative marketing methods, in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to use media resources to develop investment and media strategies
- Support the development of HONOR global annual media strategy and annual media master plan: based on industries/markets/media environment/TA/competitors insights
- Use Planning experience to support the development of HONOR’s global annual media strategy (including budget suggestions, by product line, by key market region) on the basis of HONOR'S global product positioning
- Use planning experience to deliver Global brand/product campaign reporting and provide marketing strategy optimization suggestions for future campaigns;
- Use organisations skills to collate and review related data from suppliers in each country
- The overall campaign review in combination with brand awareness research data;
- Monitor and project manage the end-to-end activation strategy (before, during and after) for important products/projects and provide survey support.
**SCHOLL WELLNESS COMPANY (SWC)**
Global footprint spanning Europe and APAC
**1. Network Management**
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and become the key point of contact for the Scholl account team
- Support the Business Director with the scoping and delivery of all new adhoc and scheduled projects including management of all status, insight and reporting requirement
**2. Local Market Coordination**
- Support the Business Directorwith the management of the client account across both the local and central media teams
- Support and govern all local market media teams with the delivery of the service scope ensuring all projects are executed to the highest level and client satisfaction
3. **Day-to-day account support**
- Use your organisation skills toestablish the smooth running of the Scholl account including working in partnership with key stakeholder groups: central Zenith Digital Hub, Global Strategy Leads, finance teams and local Zenith media teams
- Manage Account executive/ apprentice with the collation and maintenance of all Scholl documents, reports, contact lists and status’ for wider team use.
