Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
About the client:
Electrolux
A white goods company (fridges, ovens, vacuum cleaners). Their mission is to create better living, and they have done this for 100 years. They strike the right balance between brand building and ecommerce, having recently launched their own D2C platform.
Their flagship brands are Electrolux and AEG.
The European team is located in Stockholm. This year they have bolstered their media team with new leadership and additional team members in order to accelerate their centralisation ambitions.
Zenith have been their global media agency since 2013, and this partnership keeps on strengthening every year.

Honor (stylized and marketed as HONOR)
A smartphone brand majority owned by a state-owned enterprise controlled by the municipal government of Shenzhen. It was formerly owned by Huawei Technologies. As part of the former owner Huawei Consumer Business Group's dual-brand strategy, Honor providessmartphone handsets targeting young consumers but has released tablet computers and wearable technology as well. Honor sells its products mainly online through its own sites as well as via third-party online retailers. Some Honor products are available topurchase at stores in select markets.

On 21 January 2021, Honor launched their first non-Huawei phone, the V40, after the notable blow to the production of Honor devices through the forced removal of Google's Android mobile operating system and lack of support from Huawei's R&D division.

With its recent expansion plans, we have been appointed to work with HONOR to develop their annual media strategies and campaign launch strategies for new lines of smart phones. Zenith Media will be working purely on the strategic framework for the brand.Media buying will be managed by Wavemaker globally.

Across both Electrolux and Honor, we have the opportunity to strengthen our strategic recommendations and delivering excellence across media, data, technology and innovation. This is an exciting role where your strategic superpowers will come into play.

You will be working very closely with our Global Strategy Director, Account and Digital teams.

As a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA markets. developing & managing the strategy and communications of our clients.

The role consists of:
Multi market and multi-channel strategic leadership
- A global mindset as well as an appreciation for local nuances is critical - we want someone who can closely collaborate with the client and their creative agency in order to develop fit for purpose campaign ecosystems that will drive in-market success.With the support of the Strategy Director.
- supporting the Lead Strategy Director in the development of the annual media guidelines (and their deployment to local Electrolux and local Zenith teams);
- adoption and governance of the centrally developed ecosystems;
- guiding local Zenith teams in terms of media sufficiency.

Stakeholder management (Internal and External)
- You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith Global as well as local market teams. We have a highly talented and diverse team and support groups that allow us to do our best work. The person we are looking for should be able to manage up/down/acrossand get things done.
- In terms of Clients, you will interact with the EMEA media and marketing teams. Again, it is critical that you are able to initiate successful engagements with Clients of different levels, expertise and backgrounds.

Strategy Development
- Support the Global Strategy Director to develop brilliant strategic solutions for Electrolux using excellent brand, market, consumer and media understanding to deliver business value developing, implementation and tracking cross-channel media strategies,maximizing synergies across markets
- Help leverage past campaign data and learnings to develop, refine and deliver media implementation guidelines and improve future campaigns
- Constantly interrogating the status quo and inspiring and enabling clients and colleagues alike through thought leadership to stay ahead of the curve and be market leaders.

Examples of tasks:

- Research on development trends of competitors, consumers, markets, industries, media
- Global annual strategy development, deployment and governance (e.g. review the consistency with the strategy)
- Competitive and own brand media plan analysis to assess what’s working / what could be improved
- Campaign review in combination with brand awareness research data

**Qualifications**
- A strategist with planning communication experience
- They should be capable across the board - move with some ease between data, consumers and ideas - and understand all media channels (particularly
