The Paid Social Account Manager will work with the Paid Social Account Director to devise and deliver best in class paid social strategies for the TikTok MENA and multiple LVMH global brand accounts. The Paid Social Account Manager will line manage a PaidSocial Account Executive to ensure client strategy is followed, oversee the effective execution of campaigns and ensure smooth running of accounts. They will engage with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate ourwork, and will confidently challenge where necessary in order to push best practice and deliver the best results possible.
The paid social remit for these accounts will include high profile campaigns and time sensitive activations, so good communication, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail are key. The Paid Social Account Manager will deliver on four key objectives:
- **Strategic Thought Leadership**:
- Demonstrates thorough technical knowledge across all paid social platforms including Facebook Family of Apps, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, drives innovation and constantly refines strategic approach by executing test & learns, pitchingand executing activity on new platforms, running alpha/betas, securing agency or category firsts.
- **Account Growth & Maturity**:
- Grows and develops accounts, consistently increasing spend and platform/product adoption.
- **Team Management**:
- Effectively manages client deliverables, developing techniques to appropriately prioritize and distribute workload and responsibilities across the team. Ensures client needs are met and seeks ways to improve efficiency through implementing new processesor tools.
- **Developing Direct Reports**:
- Sets challenging and stretching tasks to grow the expertise and confidence of the Paid Social Account Executive. Provides on the job training, constructs compelling development plans and holds frequent development discussions to inspire and motivate teammembers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of TikTok’s MENA & LVMH brands paid social activation programme. This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure client strategy is followed and day to day campaign planning is in line with wider client business goals.
- Ensure activation of client activity across social platforms runs according to plan and free of errors.
- Ensure your team delivers a high standard of work across planning, reporting, optimization, communication, billing, reconciliation and all other tasks required as part of running the designated accounts.
- Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: account planning teams, buying teams across all disciplines, clients, media owners and tech providers.
- Provide on-the-job training support for your team as well as opportunities for formal development and learning. Have one to one career development catch ups with direct reports and manage the goal setting and appraisal process.
- Champion best practice and produce case-study worthy work.
**Qualifications**
- Experience planning, managing and activating large-scale paid social campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to engage with client and agency stakeholders.
- Direct client management experience.
- Strong evidence of delegation.
- Experience using Prisma (Media Ocean).
- Advanced Excel skills.
**Additional Desirable Skills**:
- Up to date certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certified Buying Professional, Twitter Flight School and Snapchat Advertising Essentials.
- Experience with multi-market campaign planning and activation.
- Experience with or understanding of other digital channels, and ability to identify opportunities for cross-channel and cross-agency integration.
- Experience with Social measurement solutions for both awareness and direct response advertisers.
- Experience with FMPs, measurement, verification and data providers.
- Experience activating and reconciling Facebook campaigns via the Facebook-Prisma integration.
