Working as part of our 2nd line team, you’ll support Currys and ID Mobile customers on the phone and in writing. You’ll take ownership of your customers’ quires and complaints providing a right first time solution.

- Placing the customer at the heart of every decision, assessing their needs and taking appropriate action.
- Meeting quality standards in order to contribute to the overall level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieving individual performance targets, these targets are based on individual and departmental key performance indicators.
