**Job Description**: **Team /Project Administrator** **(Strategy and Business Transformation Group)** **£30,000 plus excellent benefits** **Hybrid Role** Excellent opportunity for a Team/Project Administrator to join this leading International Law firm situated in the heart of the city. This is a brand-new opportunity with excellent career prospects and growth The role You will be part of the newly formed Strategy and Business Transformation Group (STG), a team which is tasked with developing the firm's strategy and ensuring an ambitious portfolio of business transformation is deployed across the firm. You'll be responsible for supporting the team and ensuring priority programmes and projects are coordinated and managed appropriately, in line with a governance framework. Reports to Head of Strategy and Business Transformation **Duties and Responsibilities** " Overseeing all administrative activities for the team, including but not limited to: " Organising meetings, arranging calendar invites and monitoring responses " Administration of meetings including preparation of agendas and materials in advance " Attending meetings and taking notes (where appropriate), capturing decisions/ actions and owners and assisting with the follow up. " Monitoring and amending intranet pages " Management of the team calendar. " Preparing programme related documentation including presentations for key senior leadership meetings. " Ensuring the centralised document management system which supports the STG group is maintained including managing document/folder security, ensuring consistent naming conventions for strategy documents. " Supporting the team in ensuring the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained across the strategy and programme / project portfolio and updating relevant documents where required. **Knowledge, skills and experience** - Administrative experience in a legal or other professional services environment preferred- Prior experience working with a Project Management, Business Transformation or Strategy function ideal but not essential- - Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position- Strong MS Office skills particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority- Self-motivated and directed but able to work in a collaborative and team-oriented manner- Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a willingness to get stuck in
