We are offering an exciting opportunity as **Project Admin **to be an important part in paving the way for Vattenfall and its customers and partners towards a fossil free future

As our new **Project Admin **you will contribute to a fossil free future by ensuring a high-quality, compliant and swift execution of the Procure-to-Pay process in Offshore Wind Projects. You will be in charge of supporting the whole Procure-to-Pay process which includes managing requests for purchase requisitions, reviewing and coding incoming invoices, managing invoice approval process, and initiating manual payment orders for urgent or significant transactions.

The Project Administration Team provides administrative support to projects in the whole offshore wind development chain from Market Development, Product Lines, Construction and Operation & Maintenance. The projects vary in size from small, medium to large-scale construction projects.

You will report to the Head of Project Administration, but your daily work will be in the project(s) that you support, where you will work closely with the project management team and project team members.

**Main responsibilities and tasks**
- Managing purchase requisitions and framework agreements
- Reviewing and coding invoices
- Interfacing and communicating with project stakeholders
- Initiating manual payment and order-to-cash
- Maintenance of purchase order
- P2P Process Improvement
- Ensure the compliance of all Procure-to-Pay activities
- Conducting onboarding of new Offshore project team members

**Location**

Work location can be in Kolding in Denmark, London in UK, Stockholm in Sweden and Hamburg in Germany. Some travels to our other European offices van occur (2-4 times a year).
**Qualifications** For succeeding in the role**:
As our new **Project Admin** you have a structured way of working and have the ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You can analyze and solve problems. You are detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. You operate effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You are communicative and can anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.

**Furthermore, you have**:

- A relevant educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Project Coordination or similar
- Professional work experience from a similar role with responsibility in procurement, accounts payable, administrative tasks, ideally from construction and/or large-scale projects, preferable in the wind industry
- Excellent English communication skills, another Vattenfall language is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with external and internal stakeholders
- Superuser-knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (in particular: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Word)
