**What you'll be doing**
As an **Administration Assistant** you will have the following accountabilities:
- Supporting the stakeholder team in recording, tracking and responding to queries from members and Town and Parish Councils
- Assisting with the responses to customer complaints with the aim to resolve at first contact where possible
- Managing the distribution of the new ‘Monthly Update’ to all Members
- Assisting with the delivery of online communications in relation to major highway schemes, reactive, cyclical, and emergency works across the county
- General admin duties - typing/photocopying/scanning
- Any other admin task that may be required by the communications and stakeholder teams.

You will have the following:
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical
- Excellent written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Act with integrity and professionalism and have respect for confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills
- Computer literate.
