We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team at HMP Lewes, a **category B mens** Prison located in East Sussex**

**_ Hours_**

The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

**_ Salary_**

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £27,582 per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Qualifications required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
