**Retail Director TAG Heuer UK (Central London based)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop the UK retail strategy and teams in line with company and brand objectives
- Responsible for the sales performance of own retail stores, driving targets and achievement of key KPI’s
- Work effectively with TAG Heuer Head Office to implement the brand retail strategy in the UK
- Developing, protecting, and ensuring perfect execution of the brand through merchandising, marketing, and training guidelines throughout retail stores
- Responsible for operational management and processes, overseeing health & safety, security, legal and back-office operations.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience at every customer touch point, developing CRM and clientelling throughout store network
- Member of Executive Committee contributing to the overall business performance and market growth ensuring achievement of key brand pillars
- Management of Store Managers, motivate, train, recruit and develop talents
- Support, adhere to and implement company and brand policies

**About** You**:

- Experience in a senior retail leadership role, leading a retail function
- National retail/brand management experience
- Proven achievement of financial targets and strategic objectives
- Proven ability to lead, engage and develop a team
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to create, review and interpret financial market category information and translate insights into action plans
- Passion for the brand and driven to succeed in a commercial environment

**Profile**:
**Qualifications/Professional Experience**:

- University degree or business graduate desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within luxury goods industry
- Skilled at planning, organising, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
- Team management, motivation, and development
- Passionate about TAG Heuer and luxury goods
