Rob, Claire, Matt and Gid manage operations and deliver events alongside a team of freelancers. As our workload continues to grow, it’s time for an **admin superstar** to join us and lighten the load—so we can focus on what we do best: creating incredible events for our clients.

You’ll be someone who:

- Loves improving processes and bringing order to busy environments
- Is happy juggling tasks.
- Communicates brilliantly with clients, charities, freelancers and the team
- Brings positivity, solutions and enthusiasm to the role
- Is comfortable working alone at times and in a busy office at others
- Enjoys working for a small business and getting stuck into “a bit of everything”

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide day-to-day administrative support including, inbox organisation, scheduling and document creation
- Assist with event planning, booking sub-contractors and logistics, managing schedules and tracking details
- Co-ordinate freelancers and ensure they have all required information for events
- Manage accommodation and travel bookings
- Help to introduce and maintain new systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Maintain organised digital systems across Google Workspace
- Carry out general PA support for the team.

**Experience & Requirements**

**Essential**:

- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competence with Google Workspace (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Enjoyment of customer-facing interactions

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience implementing new systems or working in a process-driven environment
- Experience in events or project coordination
- Basic marketing or social media experience
- Comfortable using both Macs and PCs
