We have an exciting opportunity for a Priory Together Clinical Lead to join the Wellbeing Services Team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Therapy Director - Private, Wellbeing and Digital, the Priory Together Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership to the new Priory Together portal, and specifically to the remote therapy offering within the platform. The Priory Together Clinical Lead will also be responsible for providing clinical input, ensuring careful risk management and protocols are in place for the benefit of patient experience and risk management and will also be responsible for recruitment and the customer service team within the digital platform. Reporting into the Therapy Director, there will also be opportunities to be involved in the wider digital therapy strategy and delivery.

**Priory Together Clinical Lead duties include but are not limited to**:

- The post holder will ensure that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with Priory values; supporting and promoting a culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.
- The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and overseeing clinical standards of all clinical staff within the service, including the implementation and management of a supervisory regime that meets statutory and regulatory compliance.
- To ensure all therapists are following Priory process which includes thorough clinical notes, risk assessment, outcome measures and any external communication to GPs or funders. To also ensure we are able to produce any management information which may be requested by a key stakeholder to demonstrate the efficacy of My Therapy Online (the online therapy service).
- To manage the budget and financial performance of My Therapy Online, ensuring we match capacity to demand, offering a suitable range of therapies (within the framework of the platform) that are suitable for a remote therapy offering.

**What we would like from the Priory Together Clinical Lead**:

- You should hold as a minimum a post graduate level CBT qualification / diploma
- You should either be Accredited with the BABCP / BACP / NCS (prof level) or have HCPC registration as a clinical or counselling psychologist.
- Proven people management, leaderships and decision making skills are essential in particular to practitioners delivering a range of treatment modalities
- Evidence of up to date training and/or experience in understanding the latest knowledge in evidence based therapies
- Commercial understanding of implications of varying models of care
