Are you a motivated and proactive Clinical Pharmacist-IP looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference?

Due to rapid growth, The Pharmacist Network is expanding our national team and looking for experienced pharmacists to support GP practices remotely across the UK.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours within GP practice core times – so you can achieve a better balance while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Clinical Pharmacist-IP, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to:

  • Provide expert medication and clinical advice to patients and clinicians.
  • Carry out polypharmacy and structured medication reviews (SMRs).
  • Support practices with prescription queries and post-discharge medicine reconciliations.
  • Lead on medicines optimisation, safety, and quality improvement.
  • Conduct audits, contribute to QOF and CQC workstreams, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Deliver patient education and promote disease prevention.

You'll have the autonomy to act within professional boundaries while working alongside a supportive network of fellow pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

What You'll Need

  • Registered Clinical Pharmacist with current GPhC registration
  • Independent Prescribing qualification
  • Completed (or near completion of) CPPE Primary Care Pathway
  • Minimum 12 months experience in general practice or primary care
  • Experience using EMIS or SystemOne
  • Reliable internet connection for remote working
