**Overview**
Join our dynamic Customer Services team at Cod Beck Blenders Ltd where we are dedicated to providing exceptional service across all channels and product categories. As a leading player in the manufacturing sector, we pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships with our customers and delivering high standards of service. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to fill a maternity leave position for up to 12 months.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues collaboratively.
- Process sales orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery statuses.
- Liaise with transport providers to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company procedures while performing general administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of practical customer service experience; experience in an SME manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
- Professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude and effective phone communication skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-9 months

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
