**Hire Desk Administrator - Maternity cover which could lead to a full time position.**
- Daily upkeeping of the hire schedule.
- Verbal and Electronic instructions to the HGV Plant Operators.
- Booking accommodation.
- Looking at locations to ensure logistics will work from different locations daily.
- Liaising with the Fleet department on vehicle statuses and logistics of vehicles.
- Collating staff paperwork.
- Attending daily hire meetings & updating schedule accordingly.
- Updating driver & vehicle detailed packs before sending to clients.
- Answering telephone, passing details onto the correct person.
- Raising quotations.
- Booking hire vehicles if needed.
- Saving PO numbers in correct files for invoicing.
- Generating advice notes for additional equipment and issuing to the Fleet department.
- Updating excel spreadsheet keeping a track of costs spent for accommodation weekly.
- Fleet Scheduling
- Any other administrative duties as and when required.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Have willingness to learn.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- A good customer facing telephone manner.
- Must have good knowledge of word / excel, Microsoft

**Working hours -**

8.30am - 5pm

Monday to Friday

**Benefits**

29 days holidays per year (inclusive of Bank holidays)

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
