MBA are on the look out for a Central Administrator to join the UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business.
They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Central Administrator to join the team at their offices in Doncaster.
Responsibilities of a Central Administrator
- To understand the customer requirements at depots. Deal with customers politely and professionally.
- To deal with and resolve where possible customer queries when necessary bring to the attention of the Workshop Controller / Depot Manager.
- To enforce personally and in others Company, Industry & Legal Health, Safety & Environmental standards at all times and without exception.
- To maintain exceptional housekeeping standards within the work place at all times.
- Job cards to be raised on the correctly Inc. PO, customer authorisation etc.
- Minimise WIP and resolve customer and supplier queries
- Co-ordinate weekly invoice
- Maintain a clean and tidy office and a clear desk policy at the end of every shift.
- Any other reasonable request made by the management
- To contribute to the development and delivery of an effective and proactive cultural environment.
- Undertakes necessary training to become multi skilled
- Processing of all 3rd party costs and challenging and demonstrating cost saving measures against this where possible
- Carry out all applicable administration duties for growing external customer base and 3rd party work, ensuring work is invoiced within 6 weeks
- Support the wider region and group wherever necessary for when the business required
The Central Administrator will have:

- Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs and breakdown services would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written formats.
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision and be a team player.
- Well organised, taking ownership of tasks and being able to work to detail.
- Good standard of education at GCSE level.
- Previous customer service centre experience is desirable
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs would be an advantage.
