**SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
**We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable HR Administrator who wants to build on experience and is happy to work in a fast-paced environment as part of our business management team.**:**
The role incorporates HR admin as well as helping to support in-house training admin and organising, social and team activities.**

**DETAILS**:
**Specific Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Recruitment admin, issuing contracts, setting up new starters on internal systems
- Induction and on-boarding
- Administering HR correspondence
- Monthly Payroll actions (liaising with external payroll admin)
- Collaborating on project work
- Taking notes and following up on annual reviews
- Dealing with HR enquiries in liaison with the
- Monitoring team portal updating
- Maintaining and supporting in house training programme
- Assisting in advertising and promoting recruitment for the Firm
- Diarizing and administering social events
- Other ad hoc duties

**Required Skills**:

- Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
- Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
- The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
- Teamwork & collaboration
- Scheduling
- Diary Management

**Experience **/ Qualifications **Required**:

- Ideally 2+ years HR experience
- HNC/HND/University Degree or equivalent experience.
- CIPD accreditations would be welcome

**Job Type**:
Full time - hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
