**Location**This role will be based in our head office in Bristol, BS1 5HL.

**Working style**We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home or coming into the office 2-3 times a week. This role however will be Bristol based.

**What you'll be doing**

Active Savings has been identified as a key pillar in HL's future strategy. With ambitious plans to expand the offering over the next few years this is an exciting time to join the Active Savings team.

As a core member of the Savings Operations team, you will provide support in the day-to-day running of the Active Savings platform. Working closely with members of the Savings team, departments within the wider business and our Partner Banks to ensure alldaily operational processes are completed efficiently while also meeting our regulatory requirements.

**How you'll be doing it**
- Responsible for the execution of payments to and from partner banks
- Ensuring intra-day reconciliation of all payments in and out of Active Savings
- A point of escalation for complex queries from the Active Savings Helpdesk
- Assisting with the resolution of any HL Savings Operational issues
- Responsible for providing Management Information for key business stakeholders
- Ensure that operational processes meet our Payment Service Regulatory and Safeguarding requirements
- Providing input and support to the Saving delivery team to assist with the development of the Active Savings proposition
- A point of contact for operational queries from external third parties (Partner Banks)
