**About The Role**:
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Operations Team Leader, the key responsibilities of the role are to manage the daily processing of all Alfa workflows - customer and agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Processing of daily customer cheque and BACS runs.
- Maintain all Finance Operations KPI;s and SLA’s
- Management of the Finance Operations inbox.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with other MO functions and third parties, in particular with Customer Services.
- Understand Alfa customer and receipts screens to successfully resolve queries.
- Pro-actively resolve queries with internal and external customers

**About You**:

- You should enjoy working within a team, reviewing results, and proposing new ways to improve team performance.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- You will be happy to take ownership of certain tasks, ensuring these are completed within agreed timeframes.
- You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team carrying out various tasks to strict deadlines and SLA’s
- You should have a positive and enthusiastic ‘ can do ‘ attitude.
- You should be able to take ownership and accept responsibility
- You should have high levels of accuracy with an eye for detail and problem solving

**Minimum criteria**:

- Excellent and relevant PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Office incl. Excel & Word)
- Excellent administration, finance, and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Educated to A’ level (or equivalent)
