Finance Graduate Programme

**About The Role**:
Through the programme you will build a broad working knowledge of the various disciplines across the finance team, with a view to specialising in a particular area at the end of the programme.

We provide professional qualification support which includes subscription to CIMA/ACCA and the cost of a tuition course per exam. As part of this study support package, you will have study days for each exam.

**Hybrid Working**
We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK. We believe hybrid working achieves a good work/life balance for our colleagues, allowing us to connect with each other, collaborate on important work, and perform together to deliver for our customers. It allows us to have the flexibility to work remotely up to 2-days per week whilst also using the great office spaces we have available. This programme would require 3 working days in our Bristol Office.

**About the recruitment process and what to expect**

2) Video Assessment
If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to our 1st Stage Interview

3) First Stage Interview
A virtual interview via Microsoft Teams for approx. 30/45 minutes.

Final Stage Assessment Centre
This Assessment Centre will include an interview and activity with Finance professionals.
You will be given more information about this stage after the interview.

**About You**:
We are looking for a graduate who is committed to pursuing a career in Finance. In addition to good finance/analytical skills, you will need to demonstrate the versatility to work across the different disciplines in Finance.

The Finance team at Motability Operations (MO) consists of 65 people across our London and Bristol offices. We work closely with all areas of the business in support of the delivery of our wider strategy and business objectives. The finance team covers a wide range of disciplines from specialist technical roles (e.g. tax or treasury) to interactive business-facing roles (e.g. planning activities and business partnering).
