**Customer Service/Sales Advisor**

**6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become a permanent role)**

£15.25 per hour

4/5 Days per week (Monday to Friday), 33 to 37 Hours per week

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join our hardworking team.

As a member of our team, you’ll deliver a high-quality service to customers and ensure orders are processed to meet the needs of our business.

**Job Specification**:
Day to day tasks include, but are not limited to:

- entering orders onto the Sales system
- Dealing with customers in person for collection orders
- Processing claims and credits
- Build positive relationships with customers to facilitate repeat business
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience gained in a busy office/customer service environment
- Accurate keyboard skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner, and excellent communication skills
- A passion and drive for delivering excellent customer service
- You will be a team player with a flexible, positive approach to problem solving
