The role
Customer Sales Advisor
The role of Customer Sales Advisor will be predominately working from home, however interview and full training will be based in their office in Glasgow City Centre. You will be part of an established team, and working with a company with a proven record of future planning.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Process Quotes/Orders
- Identify and follow up Sales Leads
- Answering Inbound calls from Customers to track orders/ arrange parts/returns
About you
Have 12+ months telephony sales and/or contact centre experience
- Possess excellent outlook skills
- Desire to thrive in a busy customer focused environment
In return, the successful Customer Sales Advisor will receive:
- A base salary of 18,700,
- Predominately home based role with the client providing all equipment
- Flexible working hours between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Excellent training provided
