We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Success team. Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? Do you love helping others, and always aim to please?
Customer Service Advisor Key Objectives:
The primary objective of the Customer Service Advisor is to ensure that each customer receives knowledgeable and professional responses to their enquiries. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to develop highly personalized. The Customer Service Advisor also assists customers with the setup of new accounts, accepts payments, updates accounts information, completes sales contracts, and offers supplementary products and services.
Customer Service Advisor Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer retention
- Manage customer accounts
- Accurately record client information into database
- Assist in training new customer service team members
- Pinpoint customer dilemma and quickly find an appropriate solution
- Provide valuable customer feedback to clients and suggest new innovation as needed
- Assist in thorough completion of sales documentation
- Provide quotes to customers
Qualifications for the Customer Service Role:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data entry and note taking skills
- You must be a team player.
- Precise attention to detail when updating customer accounts
- Able to stay current with the most up to date product and service offerings
- Maintain a professional demeanor while de-escalating customer complaints
