Platform Resourcing are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking a **Executive HR Assistant**to join their dynamic and friendly team**.**

**This role will start as a 12-month maternity cover**, but there may be permanent opportunities in the future due to the consistent growth of the company.

**Executive HR Assistant Benefits**:

- Salary of up to £30,000
- Yearly 10% bonus scheme dependent on company performance (up to £3000)

**Executive HR Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the time and attendance and HR system to ensure accurate employee information
- Produce various employee documentation and ensure employee files are updated with relevant information e.g. contracts, change of details etc.
- Collation of on-boarding programs, delivering basic HR induction for new starters
- Recruitment - Approvals, reaching out to agencies, CV reviews, managers contact, interviewing
- Payroll administration including collation of work hours for both weekly and monthly PAYE, ensuring any adjustments for Payroll are provided to the external payroll provider
- Completing weekly and monthly exception reports
- Assist with planning, organising and co-ordination including diary management of senior staff and Directors, making travel arrangements, hotel stays and preparing agendas.
- Responsible for Group fleet management, mainly cars as well as factory vehicles, ordering new vehicles, arranging repairs when needed, arranging yearly servicing and maintenance, liaising with employees about their vehicles when needed including new starters
- Arranging AA breakdown annual updates and carrying out license checks for factory vehicles. Also checking any fines collected, and sending these onto employees when necessary, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner to avoid further charges
- Arranging installation of electric vehicle charger ports to employee homes, arranging any repairs and liaising with employees around any issues
- Support with the facilitation of Occupational Health for employees
- Deal with service providers including facilities, maintenance, cleaning contactors, as well as local hotels
- Assisting with onsite projects including employee engagement
- Completing admin tasks including new starter packs, adding/ removing training requirements from training matrix, completing leavers administration, sign off sheets amending accounts
- Helping arrange company events both for internal staff and hospitality events for clients
- Travel for staff, hotels, flights, accommodation both local and overseas
- Assisting team with drug and alcohol testing/ training and mental health assistance

**Executive HR Assistant Essential Experience/Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience working within a HR administrative or support role.
- Experience of handing employee relations, assisting with general HR/ PAYE enquiries, administration tasks that assist senior HR team members.
- Payroll and recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- High-level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
- Good computer literacy and numeracy i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
