**Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.**
Our client is looking for an Office Assistant to support their team. They are looking for an individual who is wanting to train and develop in this area, therefore significant previous experience is not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data inputting - transferring data from documents to databases/systems, reconciling for accuracy, reporting any errors and providing information to Manager/Directors as requested
- Scanning, filing and photocopying documents
- Handling invoices and timesheets for job costing and payment purposes
- Meeting/training bookings as required
- Assist in the preparation of H&S documentation
- General administrative assistance
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm (half hour unpaid break)
**Salary**:£6.83 - £9.50 - dependent on age and based on minimum wage/experience
**Job Types**: Part-time / Full Time, Permanent
**Part-time hours**: 35 per week
