Mailroom Assistant

Office Angels are working with a large global client who are looking for a Mailroom Assistant for their office in Sheffield City Centre on a temporary basis (sickness cover)

Duties include but not limited to:

- Receiving, sorting and delivering mail within the office
- Receiving and delivering inbound courier items whilst using tracking system provided
- Meeting room setups
- Fulfillment of documents
- There may be heavy duties involved (lifting of boxes)

About you:

- You take pride in providing excellent customer service
- You are able to community effectively with a wide range of people
- You possess good IT skills
- You are able to work under pressure, are self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- You enjoy taking ownership to solve problems

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role and the working hours is 10.00 to 17.30. The client is offering an hourly rate of £9.20 per hour.
