As the Head of Marketing for this business you will be responsible for developing and executing the end to end marketing strategy and acquisition funnel, reporting directly into the CSO, in order to deliver against our ambitious growth plans. You’ll be integral to the success and growth of the business and our plans as we continue our rapid growth.

**We’re looking for someone who is**
- Data driven and commercially astute
- Well versed in developing strategies for the marketing teams/agencies, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas to implement targeted and effective acquisition campaigns
- Laser focused on driving a ROI through all activities to deliver annual targets
- Highly motivated and committed to building strong personal and professional relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- A great communicator who holds excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to manage their time well and enjoys a high pace work environment
- Keen to get stuck in and make a difference in the business

**The right person will**
- Have experience in developing multiple digital consumer journeys and campaigns specific to user type and demographics for more effective end user engagement
- Have worked with or in a high performing large agency environment
- Be used to working with big data and interpreting data sets to report on most effective plans and activities
- Have a good understanding of technology and what it means for our customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to best deliver insightful and meaningful content to inspire and educate our consumers
- Have a hands on can-do attitude to getting things done
- Be able to work with development teams and colleagues to define and deliver our vision of customer journey and experience/engagement with the business
- Know how best to motivate, inspire and drive the marketing team and agencies to produce results
- Have managed a successful marketing team to deliver high performing results
- Have the right culture, attitude and desire to drive our business forward

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a marketing function with a consumer focused market, ideally within a technology focussed business
- Strong data analytics and digital skills
- Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Demonstrable success in managing a high performing marketing team
- Experience in managing multiple agencies in support of wider marketing aims
- Self-motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail
