**Are you an experienced marketer with the ability to juggle?**

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Co-ordinator to join our busy team. If you’re creative, keen and super-organised, then this could be the role for you.

This part time (0.6 FTE, 3 days) post is available on an initial 12-month fixed term contract in the CRC marketing team, which sits within the Finance, Infrastructure and Commercial Services department.

Flexible start and finish times, the days worked in the week can be agreed upon appointment. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.

Working within the commercial arm at the University of Exeter, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of a small team who oversee marketing for areas such as Catering and Retail, Event Exeter and Residential Services.

**Who are we?**

A small team of marketers who strive to deliver successful marketing activities for the areas within CRC. CRC aims to oversee the strategic and operational development of the organisation's commercial services, driving income and value for the University, which supports its academic vision.

The environment in which we work is influenced by the academic calendar and is fast-paced, so it’s important to be able to juggle multiple demands whilst keeping sight of the bigger picture. We strive to be a supportive team to each other, working collaboratively and approaching projects with an open mind.

Our work is predominantly content marketing and although we do work with external suppliers and agencies, we are hands-on in creating and briefing our own output. Methods include content writing, social content, photography and videos, website editing, blog writing, competitions and events.

An ability to organise multiple projects and support individuals and teams in the delivery of successful marketing work. We find that approaching the day-today challenges with a sense of humour helps

Confidence to make decisions and act on own initiative when appropriate, but be guided by the marketing managers and other colleagues.

You’ll know how to effectively influence, engage, and build strong relationships with a wide range of colleagues, key stakeholders and suppliers as well as students.

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced and at times pressured environment and approach work with a positive and solution-focussed attitude.
