Youll be involved in everythingfromplanning the change doing the practical tasks required and working out the most efficient ways to deliver the project on time. Youll motivate reward and inspire your team learning and adapting to discover better ways of working as you go. What we need:Enthusiastic about creating an excellent customer experience youll be a determined and strategic team player. Youll welcome the opportunity to progress your career by learning new skills in project and people management and youll be willing to share this expertise when you return to your store at the end of your contract. This is a physically demanding job and youll be working long shifts Monday-Thursday so its not for everyone.
