**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to aid the Wayleave Supervisor on an administration level and helping to organise the administration team with their daily targets and duties. The coordinator will handle the developing, creating, documenting and researching all aspects of the Wayleave processes from agreement generation to daily and weekly reports. You will coordinate with other departments to help them aid with matters of a wayleave nature. Help to organise new build packs and to keep data and statistics within the wayleave team. Coordinate with communities about JFL build plans and ambitions.
As a Wayleave Coordinator, you will handle supporting the Wayleaves Officers in all aspects of gaining new wayleaves and consents to ensure that we receive legal agreements as early as possible and within agreed timescale. You will deal with all activities and functions needed to administer the wayleave process allowing the Wayleaves Officers more time to focus on key negotiations with property owners and third-party suppliers. You will also be expected to input into strategy for internal process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with the business end to end to define best practise and innovative business processes to ensure an optimised wayleave process
As necessary to ensure a smooth process the wayleaves officer will define, document, train and check adherence to the end-to-end wayleaves process
Working closely with the Wayleave Supervisor, construction, design, planning and sales team, ensure all wayleaves are found and applied for expediently
Where applicable ownership of confirming land or building ownership to ensure mínimal issues
Working with the Wayleave Supervisor to ensure standardised documentation is used where possible and negotiation with property owners is completed efficiently where necessary
As applicable create relationships with key property owners covering properties to improve wayleave processing as the network expands
Define the tools and repositories for delivering the wayleaves process
Responsible for reporting to the business the progress and wayleave metrics in support of project builds or service delivery
Aid in the administration of the Wayleave Department and help team lead the administrative side of the department
**Person Spec**:
- Proven record of accomplishment in being able to successfully work within a process
- Experience in a customer/supplier facing environment
- Background in documentation management
- Good coordination skills and ability to take and execute clear instructions
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change that will drive improvement
- Ability to update business reports based on business metrics on process stages
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
**Ideal but Not Essential**:
2+ years administrative experience
Understanding of the telecoms industry
Knowledge of construction methods
Legal department experience
Project Co-Ordinator experience
