The Company
Calendar Club is a thriving publishing and seasonal retail business. From September through to January, we sell thousands of calendars from key shopping centres and high streets across the nation, as well as supplying cards, gifts and calendars to a wide range of other retailers.
We are now looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working 19 hours per week, two and a half days per week.

The Role
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our premises in Exeter, including assisting with H&S activities, supporting facilities projects and liaising with contractors.
Overseeing services for a team of 150 in a large warehouse/office building, you’ll help ensure that all building facilities and systems are properly maintained (internally or by external contractors) with minimum downtime.
This could involve anything from replacing a door lock to working with experts to repair the heating systems, building fabric through to sprinklers and alarm systems.
**Additionally, you will**:
- Conduct health and safety assessments and undertake any necessary remedial actions
- Conduct assessments and audits of building elements and supplies inventory
- Respond to staff issues and requests
About You
**To be considered as a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will need**:
- Experience and competence in carrying out building and grounds maintenance tasks
- Experience of completing basic repairs, ideally across a number of trades
- The ability to interact positively with, and provide an excellent service to, colleagues
- Basic IT skills
