**TITLE**: Facilities Administrator

**LOCATION**: Exeter with free parking

**SALARY**: £23,000-£24,000 dependent on experience and excellent development opportunities

**HOURS**: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours worked, flexible eg. 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm

**BENEFITS**: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, free on-site parking, friendly team

**THE COMPANY**: This nationwide company prides itself on providing people-first, services across a range of community-facing assets and infrastructure, including delivering Facilities Management to homes, schools, and universities.

**THE ROLE**: We are looking for an administrator to support the Facilities Maintenance Manager with all related admin, including compliance with Health & Safety, external audit requirements, service management and relationship management.You will have great people skills and love to build relationships as you will be liaising with specialist providers and contractors on a daily basis in this busy and friendly office.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Liaising with specialist providers and following up on remedials and service dates, co-ordination of all requirements under direction of the FM Manager
- Communicating programme of works to clients
- Collating and reviewing specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly
- Updating the core business system with report sheets and compliance notes
- Assisting with the operation and development of the Company's Safety Rules and Procedures
- Liaising with the Management team to ensure the safe delivery of tasks and works within budget and to time
- Ensuring that best practice is shared between functions, sites and contracts
- Assisting the manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and key external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work closely with the senior management team

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Experienced administrator ideally having worked within facilities, construction or engineering
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Experience in managing/coordinating contractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary
- Highly organised & Self-motivated
- Proactive / problem solving
- Good People Management skills
