**The Role**
As our Social Media Assistant, you will work within Air's Marketing Services team to assist with the delivery of marketing activity
and projects for clients and internally for Air Marketing (Air). This will include; company social media content creation and
monitoring, event management, stakeholder personal LinkedIn and ad hoc projects. You may at times be required to attend
face to face client meetings and liaise with clients over the phone.

You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring every potential client and current client
have a positive impression of Air. You will also be expected to deliver the work requested by the client effectively and
efficiently. You will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the retention of clients, therefore it is important you are
actively mindful of your commercial impact on Air.

Company social media monitoring Social media management including LinkedIn - especially
Social planning, writing, production of posts, scheduling, and in a B2B environment
tagging Has a personal brand or page of their own that they
Stakeholder personal LinkedIn management including manage
planning, writing, production of posts, scheduling, and Events experience
tagging Social media reporting experience
Company and stakeholder personal LinkedIn audits Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
Strategically utilising LinkedIn company page credits Adobe Creative Cloud / Canva experience
Social selling via LinkedIn Video editing experience
Virtual and in-person events management Qualification in Marketing
Reporting of social media and event activity At least 1 year's marketing experience
Research projects Ability to communicate confidently and precisely both
Ad hoc projects written and verbally
To use the CMS system for ourselves and our clients to Competency using a range of marketing softwares and
publish content and update website content as required platforms
Utilise HubSpot for both Air and our clients who use this
platform. Particularly for social media scheduling and
management
