Iconic Resourcing HR are partnering with a client who are looking to add an HR Administrator to their team on an 12 month FTC basis. The HR Administrator will be first point of contact for all day-to-day queries, and responsible for ensuring that an efficient and effective HR administration service is provided to the business.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR department.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Reactive with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience of preparing large mail merges and working with large amounts of data.
- A good understanding of GDPR in practice.
- An ability to demonstrate tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

**On a day-to-day basis you can expect to**:

- Manage the administrative and transactional elements of the HR department at all stages of the employee life cycle.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR/Payroll systems.
- Managing queries in the HR shared mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response.
- Prepare and issue a variety of letters, including the use of mail merge.
- Support monthly payroll processing and expenses claims.
- Track all holidays and leave of absences.
- Support the team identifying training requirements and organising training courses.
- Prepare and issue a variety of letters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
