Anderson Knight is recruiting a HR Administrator to join our Glasgow based client on a full-time basis, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with hybrid working as you will spend up to 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the wider HR function by providing a professional and comprehensive service in line with HR best practice.
**The HR Administrator’s main responsibilities include**:
- Providing first line advice to manager and colleagues across all divisions
- Escalating complex queries to the HR Advisors
- Updating and maintaining HR Systems, ensuring the input of accurate information
- Managing the HR inbox
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees joining the business
- Carrying out reference checks
- Maintain accurate records of all employee data, ensuring the HR system is kept up to date
- Liaise with the payroll team
- Issuing employee engagement surveys
- Support the HR Advisers with ad-hoc projects
**To be considered for this position, the HR Administrator should**:
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in a HR Administration position
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Studies
- Use own initiative and be able to work independently as well part of a wider team
- Have comprehensive IT skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office packages
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
