HR Administrator

Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a key client to recruit a HR Administrator for a 6 month FTC. This position sits within the clients shared service centre within their head office in Glasgow, where you will work in the office 2 days per week and spending 3 days working from home. The hours of work are Monday to Friday and you will work 37.5 hrs per week.
**The responsibilities of the HR Administrator includes**:
- Adding new starts to HR system
- Processing reference requests
- Maintenance of system records
- Issuing correspondence to employees - pension letters, discount cards, length of service awards etc
- processing changes to contracts
- processing all leavers including holiday calculations
**To be considered for the HR Administrator position, you must have**:
- Knowledge or previous experience working within administration
- Good working knowledge of Working Time Directive and UK Right to Work regulations
- Good working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time-management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
