Selectrical is an Electrical Contractor, and we have an exciting opening for a reliable Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team, working 2 days a week on a job share basis.

The Office Administrators will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Ordering materials/ Cross checking delivery notes
- Help with onboarding of new staff
- Managing staff training (booking courses and managing staff CPD hours)
- Type letters, reports and other business documents
- Managing staff absences/ holidays
- Overseeing company vehicles (booking annual services, dealing with breakdowns ect)
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Make travel arrangements for staff
- Making and receiving calls
- Liaising with colleagues in the UK
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date (Full training to be provided)
- Supervise administrative tasks and manage responsibilities to ensure timely performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Comfortable with working independently with mínimal supervision
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexibility

**What you will receive from us**:

- Salary £16,500 (Pro-Rota £41,250)
