Business Operations Lead

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with Bikeworks, as they seek to recruit their new Business Operations Lead. This role will ensure the organisation has the right support services to increase operational efficiency and business growth.
Bikeworks is a London based community-evolved social enterprise, using cycling as a 'tool for good' for addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges. Established to seize the legacy opportunities of the London 2012 Games, Bikeworks continuesto address the inequalities experienced by those most likely to be left behind. It's this founding vision that shapes everything they do.
As the Business Operations Lead, you will play a key role in supporting Bikeworks growth and operational needs. This includes processes, systems and support required to achieve the organisation's outputs and outcomes, and the mobilisation of new businessand projects. You will also provide support and guidance to the wider business operations team to ensure that they are enabling the organisation to successfully deliver impact.

To be considered, you will have proven experience in a business support role across a variety of functions including business operations. Experience implementing continuous improvements initiatives is key as is experience managing budgets and reporting onfinancial information. You will have the ability to manage cross-organisational projects and act with initiative to organise and prioritise workload. Excellent communications skills are paramount along with the ability to work within and support a team.
