**Flexible working: 3 days on site and 2 days WFH**

Our client is looking for a graduate level technical administrator. Ideally with experience in electronic components and coordinating activities relating to customer quality issues and customer compliance requests. The primary responsibility is to liaise with technical teams, both in the UK and in Hong Kong and China.

**Responsibilities - Quality & Compliance Administrator**
- First Point of contact for all customer quality and compliance requests.
- Administration and record keeping.
- Maintenance of management reporting data on quality issues.
- Liaison will all internal parties when processing quality and compliance requests.
- Liaison with customers’ quality representatives to seek required information.
- Progress-chasing quality and compliance requests with internal partners and customers.
- Following company quality procedures.
- Undertaking internal audits as required under ISO9001 standard.
- Updating company quality procedures to reflect issues identified during audits.
- Staying abreast of industry compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of quality and compliance processes.
- Supporting Head of Operations, Product Managers, Engineering Manager and the worldwide sales team.

**Requirements - Quality & Compliance Administrator**
- 2 years+ technical administration experience
- Experience of undertaking ISO 9001 internal audits.
- Experience with electronics industry compliance standards is also highly desirable.
- Proven self-starter with experience of working independently, juggling, and prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Ideally have an interest in electronics/technology projects.
