Interested in the Quality Assurance process within Manufacturing?

OA are recruiting for a **Quality Administrator** to join our client initially on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Longer term, this will ideally lead to a permanent position (depending on capabilities and business objectives).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strengths in administration looking to build knowledge and experience in:

- Quality, Internal Auditing, Health & Safety, Document Control, Certification and more**Main Duties**:

- Maintain communication with Customers, including quality queries, advice and taking details of complaints
- Administrative support, maintaining information and compliance on databases
- Supporting the Quality Assurance function, proactively handling incoming customer requests
- Maintain company policies and procedures, including assisting with developing, writing and implementing new processes/procedures
- Manage the Customer Complain procedure, including relevant documentation#

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Attention to detail, well-organised
- Experience in an administrative role
- Previous exposure to Quality Assurance process is beneficial, not required
- Confident in learning new databases
- Strong IT Skills, SAP experience is preferred
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
