**Senior Savings Pricing Manager**

**£48,000 to £58,000, plus Bonus 10-15%**

**Hybrid WFH 3 / 2 Days per week**

Main responsibilities:

- Management, development and pricing of the portfolio of savings product offerings to help attract retail savings inflow
- Closely monitor all competitor offerings and activity to maintain competitiveness
- Produce pricing strategy and present risks and changes required to Executive level
- Manage the production and maintenance of analysis to cover competitors, savings market, product performance, operations and call centre metrics, providing recommendations to improve performance / address adverse performance.
- Manage the creation of pricing recommendations for new business and retention for consideration by the pricing approval stakeholders.
- Manage the compilation and submission of all dashboards to business deadlines, ensuring accuracy and highlighting any areas of concern at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure all governance, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Actively participate in the weekly Pricing Meeting discussions and the project meetings.
- Deputise for the Head of Department as required, actively providing savings-related inputs.
- Manage the delivery of the end to end process for product launches, product withdrawals, rate changes, product amendments and changes to Terms and Conditions, ensuring all changes are implemented accurately and on time.
- Ensure that fully documented records of the product and pricing strategies undertaken, and make recommendations for new business and retention.

**Experience**:

- 5 years previous experience undertaking a product management role within a FCA regulated business is essential.
- 5 years previous experience of designing savings products and propositions is essential.
- 2 years previous experience of managing a team is preferred.
