**More about your role**

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Developments, you provide the gateway to marketing and communications for the business, including all current and future plans in all of our operating areas/regions.
You will consult, advise, and ensure of a clear, concise flow of communication between all parties involved. It will be your responsibility to ensure Developments marketing campaigns are in line with business objectives.

Being responsible for coordinating cross regional campaigns and the single point of contact for our senior development directors whilst taking into consideration of the different priorities, deadlines, and expectations of each project.

**This role is agile; however, you should be able to commit to travel to our local offices when required. There is an opportunity to work directly from our office if this is your preferred choice.**

**More about you**

We are looking for a senior marketing professional who loves working on projects that have a meaningful impact in our communities; you will have experience in developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies with successful outcomes in house sales or commercial knowledge.

Using your expertise, you will manage, support, motivate and develop a team of marketing professionals to meet the objectives for all projects but also to see your team grow and flourish.

You will be an excellent collaborator but more importantly, a people person. You'll be more than happy to show your stakeholder management skills to a director level. Being an excellent communicator is integral to succeed in this position because you will need to be able to translate business objectives across the company.
