Multifix are offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team that support a high-performing sales team. We are seeking a hands-on all-round Marketeer to build the marketing plan and execute. Specifically looking for a talented individual when it comes to content writing. Are you proactive, driven, and have a passion for digital marketing? Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and can effectively manage a marketing budget/plan? Have you an eye for detail and secretly talented in designing eye-catching content and graphics? We want someone who is a proactive, innovative thinker; experienced in developing strategies that attract high-quality leads and build a powerful brand image. Most importantly someone who is honest, flexible, and had a can-do positive attitude. Multifix are an agile, fast growth company and require a forward-thinking individual who will help create and execute Multifix's Marketing strategy. We are looking for someone with experience, one that will take on the challenge of really making Multifixshine in the market. This role will also include the coordination of product development and require a strong understanding of technology in general. **Benefits** Statutory holiday with Christmas close including an extra holiday day | Pension | Free eye care test | Discounted gym membership | Management reward | Personal development | Company bonus | Flexible working | High quality new working environment. **Additional Information** Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday | Competitive salary, from £35,000 - £55,000 pa depending on experience. **Essential Skills** - A proven track record of executing a marketing strategy effectively. - Fantastic wordsmith, Creative with design, and able to think outside the box. - 5 years' experience in a Marketing Manager role or senior level marketing experience. - Qualifications or a Degree in Marketing or a related field. - Understanding of SEO, PPC, and technology. - Strong commercial and strategic thinking. - Outstanding organisation skills and ability to manage own time effectively. - An analytical mind that is great with excel and analysing data. - Able to work to tight deadlines, very adaptable to change, and is results orientated. - Ideally with previous experience in the construction industry or a similar environment. - Self-motivator uses their own initiative and a flexible approach regarding their work ethics. **About Company** Multifix is an Expert Supplier to Carpentry, Refurbishment & Fire Stopping contractors.
