**Account Executive - Sutton - £28,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits**

Do you have experience within Healthcare Insurance and are now looking for a new, exciting challenge?

We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive for our market leading medical administration and healthcare consultancy client who specialise in elite standard sports, based in Sutton on a full time, permanent basis. The company are growing rapidlyafter taking on 2 huge new accounts so now is a great time to join the team

The role will involve timely, accurate and effective administration of the Medical Care Scheme, involving assessment against scheme specific benefit limits, eligibility and rules.

**Principal duties**
- Administer the Medical Trust Schemes that the company represent.
- Manage cheque runs for the main Scheme accounts.
- Deal with customer enquiries for all schemes.
- Address queries on invoices on all schemes.
- Provide analysis on schemes as and when requested.
- Provide cover for other employees when required.
- Assist with directing incoming post.

**Detailed description of activities**

- **Check membership criteria**, claims and provider pricing against the company, local club, scheme agreements.**:

- **Data input -**accurate invoice processing and where necessary further investigation into treatment
- **Invoice Queries -**involves identification of provider errors, advice to providers, bank checks and credits and re-issue
- **Analysis -**regular and ad-hoc scheme and club analysis as required, by the company or clubs
- Analysis of claims and membership data for regular reporting and trends
- **Cheque Runs -**Weekly / Monthly.**:

- **Membership -**Inputting data for membership, claims processing,
- **Financial Analysis -**Assistance with reconciliation against bank transactions and cheque run reports
- Assistance with Scheme reconciliation of accounts against internal bespoke software
