We have a vacancy for a Telesales Executive. You will be tasked with following up our outbound marketing leads and calling companies from a vast database of warm and cold leads to secure an appointment with the account manager or with the aim of passingthe lead across to a dedicated new business sales executive. As the lead is passed you will earn bonus and this is uncapped, so the more leads you secure, the more you will earn.
The Role
- Outbound sales calls to a mix of warm and cold data
- Confirm needs before passing to account manager, or scheduling a follow up call / booking an appointment
- All necessary admin (database updating, call back scheduling etc.)
The Person
- You will be comfortable in a high-volume telephone sales role
- You will be confident and articulate speaking to a variety of businesses
- You will be ambitious and want to progress
- You will be well organised
- You will be tenacious and hungry to earn good commission
The Company
Temps 4 care is a specialist provider of care and support workers across the UK, supplying staff into homes in need of shift cover. Run by an experienced team, we are now looking to grow our revenue and recruit a new business sales executive. The officeenvironment is friendly and sociable, culture is routinely described by staff as grown up and supportive. We want people to succeed and will help them get there, but at the same time we don't micromanage and think that people do their best work when they aretrusted to get on with it.
As a Telesales Executive you will be managed by a dedicated Sales Director with over 20 years' experience in the recruitment sector. You will be a key part of the team as we move to the next level, and be able to quickly grow a career for yourself.
