Telesales New Business Executive

We have a vacancy for a Telesales New Business Executive. You will be tasked with following up our outbound marketing leads and calling companies from a vast database of warm and cold leads in order to secure an appointment with the account manager. As thelead is passed you will earn bonus. This will then be increased when the job is filled (so every "win" is rewarded) The Role - Outbound sales calls to a mix of warm and cold data - Confirm needs before passing to account manager or scheduling a follow up call / booking an appointment - All necessary admin (database updating, call back scheduling etc The Person - You will be comfortable in a high volume telephone sales role - You will be confident and articulate speaking to a variety of businesses - You will be ambitious and want to progress The Company Temps 4 care is a specialist provider of care and support workers across the UK, suplying staff into homes in need of shift cover. Run by an experienced team, we are now looking to grow our revenue and recruit a new business sales executive. The office environmentis friendly and sociable, culture is routinely described by staff as grown up and supportive. We want people to succeed and will help them get there, but at the same time we don't micromanage and think that people do their best work when they are trusted toget on with it.
